Your Peaceful Retreat in South Goa
You’ll find our eco-friendly, Keralan-style cottages nestled in the shade of palm trees along the river in Patnem. These rooms have everything you need for your perfect beach holiday, Ayurvedic retreat, or yoga teacher training in Goa.
The resort sits just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride from everything essential: chemist, supermarket, restaurants, and chai shops. Located on the small, charming Patnem beach, this is the ideal place to unwind. Our guests call it “a slice of paradise.” You get an authentic backwater experience just steps away from the beach.
Our aim is simple: you should feel at home here. The cottages are safe, comfortable, and clean. The surroundings are simply stunning. Expect butterflies, birds, and even the occasional monkey passing by on your way to yoga class.
Eco-Friendly Accommodation
We’re committed to minimising our environmental impact through sustainable practices and thoughtful design. Built from coconut wood, mud blocks, and palm leaves, our cottages follow traditional Keralan eco-friendly style. All building materials are locally sourced so the cottages blend naturally into the landscape. Roofs are hand-woven from natural materials and hold up beautifully, even during mid-season showers.
The cottages stay cool throughout the season, even during the hotter months of April and May. The design encourages natural ventilation, keeping fresh air circulating 24 hours a day. All rooms have electric fans for humid days, and blankets are provided for the cooler mornings and evenings in January. The decor honours Keralan tradition, and filtered water is available throughout the resort, so you can stay hydrated without buying plastic bottled water.
Cottages & Facilities
We have 12 cottages that sleep up to 30 people, offering private, deluxe, and family/twin options. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, you’ll find a space that works for you.
All cottages include a private European-style bathroom with high-quality linen and free toiletries. You’ll sleep on a 4-poster king-size bed with fitted mosquito nets and cotton linen. The mattresses are high quality, designed for restful sleep. Each room has a wardrobe with hanging space and a locker for valuables.
Thoughtful touches throughout help you settle in and relax. You’ll have your own seating area or private terrace with sofa and coffee table, perfect for morning chai or sunset drinks. Hammocks are scattered under the palms, so you can always find the perfect spot to read, study, or rest.

At our Ayurvedic Spa, we offer different types of massages and therapeutic treatments that help you regain balance, relax, and recover. You are welcome for an initial consultation and a personalised treatment plan. Or you just come for that deep relaxation.
