300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Goa

Master advanced sequencing and transformative adjustments in four intensive weeks. You’ll join a small circle of twelve dedicated students in South Goa for a journey that’s both profound and joyful.

Make an Impact on Your Students

You’re holding a challenging pose. The teacher walks over, places their hands gently, and guides you into a small adjustment. Your breath softens. Space opens within you. The noise in your mind fades, and for the first time, you feel the essence of the pose.

Now imagine being that teacher. The one who helps others find stillness through movement. Your classes flow with inspiration, creativity, and confidence. You share new sequences with ease, and your students leave feeling lighter and more connected. All while noticing your own practice deepen in ways you never expected.

This is the transformation that awaits you in these four weeks.

You’ve completed your 200-hour training. You’ve been teaching for a while. But something is missing.

Maybe you feel the gap between where you are and where you want to be as a teacher. You want to guide students into more advanced territory, but you’re not quite sure how. You’d love to offer hands-on adjustments that create those breakthrough moments. Still you hesitate, unsure if your touch will help or hinder.

Program Breakdown

You’ll immerse yourself in six core modules essential to mastering advanced yoga teaching. Each one builds on the last, deepening your understanding, refining your skills, and expanding what’s possible in both your practice and your classes.

Every module combines hands-on practice with immediate application, so you leave with embodied knowledge you can teach from day one.

Advanced Vinyasa Flow

Each morning begins with Advanced Vinyasa Flow. Here you cultivate an intelligent, sustainable practice that challenges you whilst honouring your body’s unique structure.

You’ll learn how to approach advanced asanas with proper preparation and integrity, exploring peak postures such as:

  • King Pigeon
  • Vasthistasana
  • Grasshopper
  • Koundinyasana 1 & 2
  • Adho Mukha Vrksasan

What sets this training apart is the blend of traditional Ashtanga alignment and contemporary functional movement. You’re not just learning shapes; you’re learning how your body moves, where your edges lie, and how to work intelligently with what you have.

Yoga Adjustments

Hands-on adjustments can create breakthrough moments that words alone cannot. They build trust, deepen connection, and take practice to another level when offered with skill and sensitivity.

Yet many trainings overlook an essential truth: adjustments can cause harm when applied without proper knowledge, awareness, and clear boundaries.

This module gives you a complete, practical methodology for offering adjustments with both confidence and care.

You’ll learn

  • How to adjust key postures across the full Vinyasa spectrum
  • Concise cueing that reduces the need for physical correction
  • How to read physical limitations and offer safe modifications
  • When not to adjust, recognising when space serves better than touch
  • How to create a consent-based practice your students trust

Teaching Methodology

Anyone can call out poses. Great teachers create experiences. They guide journeys and cultivate a presence that students remember.

This module helps you discover and refine your unique teaching style and energy. Together we explore advanced sequencing methods that keep your classes fresh, intelligent, and full of purpose:

  • The Music Flow – synchronising movement and sound to heighten awareness
  • Mandala Sequencing – creating 360-degree integration and spatial intelligence
  • Peak Posture Pyramid – building safe, logical progressions toward challenging poses
  • Advanced Vinyasa Architecture – crafting flows that tell a story from opening to savasana

This is where practice meets embodiment. You’ll teach, receive feedback, refine, and teach again. Transforming theory into skill and confidence.

By the end, you’ll create sequences that flow with intelligence, share clear and engaging guidance, and set intentions that resonate on both physical and spiritual levels.

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology

Your 200-hour training gave you the basics. Now it’s time to go deeper. This module takes you through the shoulders, hips, spine, knees, and feet – the key areas where students often find both growth and challenge. You’ll explore the fascial body and the principles of biotensegrity, giving you a whole new understanding of movement and alignment.

What makes this different is how you learn: through experience, not lectures. You’ll be on the mat, moving, observing, and feeling the anatomy in your own body before applying it to your students.

What you’ll gain

  • Theory paired with immediate practical application
  • A clear understanding of how the body moves in and out of asanas
  • Insight into the nervous system and how to create balance, not just stimulation
  • Confidence to modify poses based on real anatomy, not tradition

When you embody anatomy in this way, your teaching becomes more intuitive, safer, and truly transformative.

Yoga Philosophy

Yoga philosophy is not about memorising Sanskrit. It is a framework for living that brings more peace, joy, and meaning.

We explore Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras through discussion and honest inquiry. What does ahimsa look like when you are navigating social media? How does santosha apply to career pressure or relationships? You will think critically, share openly, and discover what these teachings mean for you.

By the end, you will weave philosophy into your classes in a way that feels authentic, accessible, and genuinely helpful beyond the mat.

Ayurveda

In this module, we explore the connection between how you live and how you feel. Ayurveda isn’t about rigid rules. It’s about understanding your unique constitution and making small, meaningful shifts that create lasting balance.

You’ll learn to recognise your own dosha and the doshas of others, exploring how to align your lifestyle accordingly. We cover diet, daily routines (dinacharya), and seasonal living, as well as how yoga postures influence the body from an Ayurvedic perspective.

You’ll learn

  • How to identify your dominant dosha and work with it, not against it
  • Dietary principles that support your constitution
  • Daily practices that build balance and vitality
  • How to recognise imbalance before it becomes illness
  • Ways to apply Ayurvedic wisdom in your teaching and daily life

This module deepens your relationship with your body and gives you practical tools to share with students seeking a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Advanced Yoga Workshops

These workshops bring energy, curiosity, and joy into your practice while deepening your understanding of the body. Each session focuses on a specific area or posture, explored through traditional alignment and functional movement.

Workshop include

  • Shoulder Stability – building the foundation for arm balances and inversions
  • Happy Hips – releasing stored emotion and tension
  • Ashtavakrasana and More – discovering the strength and technique behind advanced arm balances
  • Handstand – building strength, overcoming fear, and finding play
  • Backbending – exploring vulnerability and heart opening
  • Myofascial Release – understanding fascia and releasing chronic holding patterns

Each workshop includes mini flows, targeted drills, partner work, and plenty of playtime. This isn’t just for your personal practice. It’s knowledge you can take home, develop into your own workshops, and share with your students.

I loved my 300-hour training at Palm Trees. The adjustments module was incredibly helpful, and the way we learned anatomy, then immediately applied it on the mat, completely transformed my teaching. Julia and her team were so supportive, and the location was just perfect. I’d highly recommend this experience.
