Join us for a deep yoga journey with our 300-hour Yoga Teaching Training. In 4 weeks, you’ll be building unique advanced Vinyasa flows, and mastering hands-on adjustments inspired by the Ashtanga series. Moreover, we delve into profound philosophical concepts, enhancing your spiritual connection and self-awareness.
To ensure an intimate experience and personal guidance, we limit our groups to a maximum of 12 students. This setting allows you to get the most out of your training and make new, meaningful connections with your peersÂ

Advanced Vinyasa FlowÂ
In the morning, we will dive into an Advanced Vinyasa Flow. This is all about cultivating your personal practice of Vinyasa Yoga. You will learn the intricacies of preparing your body to master advanced asanas. The peak postures we will explore include:

The classes will bring together the traditional alignment of Ashtanga Yoga and the contemporary wisdom of functional movement.
Yoga Adjustments
Applying adjustments in Vinyasa Yoga has become super popular and takes your students’ practice to the next level. This module is designed to equip you with a practical methodology for applying adjustments in your classes. It covers the do’s and don’ts of adjustments in a yoga class and how to take precautions when teaching and adjusting a yoga class.
- Learn how to adjust integral postures.Â
- Master concise cueing to teach Vinyasa Flow.
- Understand physical limitations and be able to give effective modifications.

Teaching Methodology
This module focuses on how to develop a yoga commentary and discover your unique teaching style and energy. We’ll explore advanced teaching methods such as The Music Flow, Mandala Sequencing, Peak Posture Pyramid, and Vinyasa. This is all about putting your newfound knowledge into action and engaging in experimentation and playful discovery.

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
Remember back with your 200 YTTC where you got the basics down? Well, now it’s time to really dig deep into the anatomy of the body. This module is all about taking a journey through the shoulders, hips, spine, knees, and feet. Understanding them inside out. You’ll also learn about the facial body and explore the concept of biotensegrity. This might sound dense to you… but with our unique way of teaching, you learn about anatomy through experience, experimentation, and functional movement.

- Deepen your understanding of the human body and yoga asanas.
- Understand the nervous system and how to create balance.

Yoga Philosophy
We’re going to explore the principles laid out in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. Understanding the philosophy behind your yoga practice is an important aspect to bring into your life. In our classes, we’re encouraging discussions to discover what it means to uphold these philosophies as 21st-century yogis. It’s all about bringing in new ideas to shift your mindset towards a more yogic way of thinking and, therefore, experience more joy and happiness in your life.
Ayurveda
In our Ayurveda module, we’re all about uncovering the connection between how you live and how you feel. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your unique dosha, learn to recognize others’, and discover how to align your life accordingly. We’ll explore your diet and daily habits, integrating them seamlessly with your spiritual journey. Plus, we’ll dive into how different yoga poses can affect what’s going on inside your body. It’s like connecting the dots between your lifestyle and your well-being, and we’re here to guide you through it all.Â
Advanced Yoga Workshops
It’s time to play! These advanced workshops are all about keeping things lively and fun while we aim to understand Vinyasa Flow postures and transitions. You will explore postures through a lens of traditional alignment mixed with functional movement. Here you discover how we move from posture to posture with the transference of weight, be present with mind-body-spirit, and find integrity to practice yoga on and off the mat. This is how we develop an intelligent practice.

I loved my 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training. The course content & delivery was brilliant. I found the adjustments module very helpful. We learnt loads of anatomy which we then immediately put into practice in the advanced sequencing module. I also loved the workshops. The location was only 5-10 min walk away from the beach. With your certificate you will be able to teach worldwide as we are connected to the International Yoga Alliance. After you’ve finished the training, you can register yourself as RYT 300 with the Yoga Alliance.Â

Palm Trees Yoga Resort is set among the palm trees of Goa’s backwaters, where you are on the beach within 5 minutes. After a long day of studying you take a refreshing dip in the sea while watching the sunset. In the evening, you’ll go out with your new friends to one of the many beach restaurants. In this yoga course for teachers, we offer you accommodation and a delicious breakfast & lunch daily.
