The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga. Throughout the course, our experienced teachers guide you in developing a strong personal practice that integrates asana, pranayama, and philosophy. A passionate anatomy enthusiast and dedicated Rocket and Vinyasa Flow practitioner, Julia has been leading intermediate and advanced yoga trainings around the world for over 12 years. Her teaching combines technical precision with a grounded, supportive approach that helps each student understand their body and unlock their potential.

Laura | 5 Years Experience

Specialised in Ayurveda and holistic wellness, Laura brings a deep understanding of how yoga and daily living work together. Her teachings help students connect with balance, nourishment, and self-awareness both on and off the mat. With five years of teaching experience, she brings gentle guidance and a nurturing presence to every class.

Ilona | 4 Years Experience

As an assistant teacher, Ilona supports each student with care and attention. Upon completing the training, you will receive an internationally recognised 200-hour certification with Yoga Alliance. This allows you to register as an RYT 200 and teach yoga anywhere in the world.

Our Location
